- GoCar, a leading vehicle-sharing service in Ireland, announces a €10 million investment aimed at expanding and upgrading its fleet. The funds will support the addition of 280 new vehicles across 149 locations, catering to both urban and rural areas.
- Alongside the fleet expansion, GoCar plans to launch a new website and app to enhance customer experience. A loyalty program is also in the pipeline, set to reward repeat customers for their continued use of the service.
- As part of its sustainability commitment, GoCar will introduce new vehicle types including the ‘GoLocal’ for short urban trips and the ‘GoExplore Plus’ for longer journeys. The company also plans to focus on electric vehicles in 2024 to provide more eco-friendly transportation options.
